ENGR. J. A. ROMILUYI: CHAIRMAN / CEO
Engr. Johnson A. Romiluyi is a founder of the company. He was officially appointed as Chairman / CEO of the Group in 1989.

Engr. Romiluyi has a B. Sc degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology New Jersey USA, and M. Sc degree in Operations Research from The state University of New Jersey -Rutgers- (USA).in 1977.

Engr Romiluyi worked with the United Africa Company (UAC) for 18 years. While there, he held various senior management positions. He later moved from UAC to Delaney Petroluem Africa Ltd in 1990. He moved very fast up the ladder and retired as one of Nigeria Director of the company. A situation which pave way to the establishment of Romson Group of Companies. He is happily married with children.

MRS. C. A. ROMILUYI: Managing Director
Mrs Caroline A. Romiluyi was a pioneer of both the business center and that of the printing press. She has a Diploma in Printing from Mahanttan school of Printing New York USA, and a B. Sc degree in English from the University of Lagos. She intend to study Law from the same institution.

Mrs Romiluyi was formally appointed to the Board of Romson in 1990 as the Managing Director of the Group. She is happily married with children.

MR. EMMANUEL A. ROMILUYI:General Manager
Mr. Emmanuel A. Romiluyi is a General Manager for the Group. He has a B. Sc degree in Public Administration and M.BA (Finance), both from the University of Ilorin, Kwara state. Prior to his appointment as the GM, he has worked with several organisations, such as, United Africa Company (UAC) for 5 years as Marketing Manager, Ascon Oil Ltd for 3 years as a senior manager. He is happily married with children.

MRS. BOLANLE ADEONI: Director – DollarStore (USA)
Mrs Bolanle Adeoni is an Executive Director of Romiluyi General Stores (LLC) in Atlanta Georgia. She has a B. Sc degree in Physiology from Bowie University, Maryland USA.


MRS. YINKA FAWEHINMI: Director – Romson International Ltd.
Mrs Olayinka Fawehinmi is the coordinator for Romson International (LLC) in Atlanta Georgia USA. She has a B. Sc degree in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland, USA and M. Sc degree in Management Information Systems from strayer University USA.She has worked in various organisations and in different capacities until her recent appointment.

MRS. FUNMI ELESINMOGUN: Director – Romson International Ltd.
Mrs Funmi Elesinmogun is an adviser for the Group. She has a B. Sc degree in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland, USA, and M. Sc degree in Management Information Systems from Bowie University USA. She has worked in various establishments until her recent appointment.
